Information you submit

The inquiry form stores your name, email, optional phone number and ZIP code, selected city, project type, appearance preference, timing, optional dimensions, description, consent record, timestamp, and random receipt reference. Do not include payment information, access codes, or sensitive personal details.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in this website’s database and are available only through an owner-restricted inbox or authorized hosting administration. They are retained for up to 12 months, with routine deletion during subsequent request handling, or removed earlier following a verified request. Hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to operate the website.

How requests are used

Requests support manual project review and replies. Contractor matching and automatic email notifications are not active. We do not automatically distribute requests to installers. Any future contractor referral process will require an updated notice and an appropriate consent flow.

Abuse protection

The server validates form fields and limits repeated requests. Temporary rotating network-address digests are used for rate limits; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry tables. The hosting provider may maintain its own operational logs.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, phone-link clicks, and completed inquiries. The configured event code excludes inquiry text and contact information and reports a saved-request event only after confirmed storage. Setup tests and duplicate submissions are excluded from completed-inquiry events. Analytics may use cookies and process device and usage information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Owner sign-in may use cookies managed by the hosting platform.

Phone inquiries

Calls to our dedicated tracking number are handled through CallRail and follow a greeting and service-request voicemail flow. CallRail stores caller information, call activity, and voicemail recordings so the operator can review and respond to requests.

External reference websites have their own privacy practices. The generated inspiration images are served as website assets and do not represent real customer work. Form contact details are not stored in browser local storage.
